I always use the Gordon Ramsey recipe for lasagne al forno.. The one he did on cook along live a few years ago.. It's very good.. What different about the Jamie recipe?? Is there lemon juice in it??? He puts lemon juice in everything..

When he was being filmed in my hometown outside the Worcester sauce factory I spotted him, put some drum an bass on in my car really loud drove very slowly past him filming, waved and shouted lemons at him.. His director didn't look happy at all..

Style: good work for a student <ok> though you've let the side dOwn by not drinking red wine with really..

Just had a McDonalds breakfast. Had no choice really so I'm not feeling the usual self loathing. My boss rang asking if I'd pick him up at the garage as it was on my route and as I'd already set off had to kill 40mins. So, fat boy breakfast is it. No idea for tea but I've got an egg salad and pitta for dinner.

    Here's JO's recipe though http://www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/beef-recipes/simple-baked-lasagne

A thick, dark red is needed. I need a ****ing drink tonight.

Getting paid to play golf tomorrow, almost makes me a pro I suppose!

I went swimming Tuesday night. Snapped the elastic of me goggles as I was putting them on but thought, **** it, i'll plough on anyway. Blasted out a quick 1000m and in the end my eyes were ****ed. I've had stinging eyes since, never realised how strong that stuff is.

Amyway, had a fairly intense squash game last night and I feel wiped out. Definitely feel age is catching up. Fitness wise, managed both no bother and will be upping the distance of the swim. It's the bloody recovery that gets me. Not only that my ****ish opponent last night decided to hit me at full pelt on the end of my elbow with his squash bat. Thought he'd cracked a bone, bloody killed.

Never mind, 18 holes round Ashburnham tomorrow at a leisurely pace.

Fat **** breakfast in the morning too. That'll be two in two days, ths negating any excercise I might have done!
