First of all thank you for the positive words about "ATFV!" on here - those that have bought the new issue I sincerely hope you enjoy what's inside. I do want to give you all an update on Francesca, as you've all kindly taken an interest...Francesca's parents have been working incredibly hard and have broken the £20k barrier now; it would appear that there is still a long way to go but the overall amount needed might well be reduced significantly at the end of this month. The operation Francesca requires is almost always usually conducted in the United States but it is also now done in Bristol...BUT...there are certain criteria that need to be met and Francesca is waiting to find out the results of her assessment at the end of September. If Francesca can have her op done in Bristol then it will knock FIFTEEN GRAND off the required amount, and £30k is "all" that will be required. Everyone at "ATFV!" is committed to helping Francesca's parents raise the required amount and I would like to thank everyone on this thread that has contributed on the Just Giving page - thank you
Don't know if Francesca's family would be interested in this .... a fab day for a kid & their family .... plus can be used for additional media interest http://www.freekicksfoundation.org/ a charity started locally by my hairdresser & her hubby (POsh fans) .... it has grown beyond belief
