Ah Connery that great Scotsman that ensures he doesn't have to pay British taxes. By the time he gets his wish of Scottish independence he still wont pay Scottish taxes.
Yes I have to say I wondered if the lad would ever do it. It was good to see his determination and his more aggressive way of playing paying dividends. 5 hours and he reckons he lost a couple of toenails but just played through the pain. Yes he is Scottish and British nothing wrong with that, I am English and British. As for wanting England to lose at football, what about us and Newcastle or a brother wanting his sibling to lose.that is just how it is. Yes he is a bit dour at times good for him, he should just be himself rather than pander to the media, he is a tennis player end of, although a very rich one and getter richer! I like that he was reminded to ease his sponsored watch and panicked when he could not remember where it was.
If I am right he made his beating England comments when he was 17.He has grown up since then and also understood that a play ground joke often goes wrong in a live interview! I think he won the USA junior title in about 2005 and that is normally a sign of a future top level player. This year we had a lad in the final and last year we had the winner, so heres hoping that we have a few more coming through so we dont have to wait as long next time. It is a sign of how things have changed that it was not big news that the two young lads had done so well in the last two years. I dont even know their names. Just like SAFC good times ahead
I know how to make it easier to **** through a straw Cest - just eat loads of the fiery spicey dorittos dip after a bhuna from my local Indian in Fram (As I did the other night)! I loved the tennis the other night - thorouoghly enjoyed it and was nervy as hell (and knackered at work yesterday too!!)
