Clive Tyldsley was irritating me last night. He thinks he's funny. And he's very, very cheesy. I groan at the things he says. Also, and he's had this problem for years, he says "another" in a stupid way. I don't know how to phonetically write it, maybe "an-O-ther". He really over exaggerates the 'o', for some annoying, commentatory reason. Just say it like everyone else, Clive.

I don't mind Alan Greene - I find his dry sense of humour, sarcasm and honesy quite entertaining. I think I may be in a minority there though. Agree with the choices of Tyldesley and Crooks. A special mention should also be made for Chris Waddle - I remember vividly listening to a play-off final match years ago that went to penalties, and for every one that was taken, Waddle called it a pelanty. And I mean EVERY SINGLE ONE!!!!!! Annoyed me beyond belief.
Agree with Garth Crooks but what was really annoying last night was listening to Townsend berate the England player for not diving. Funny how when the shoes was on the first foot for the Defoe goal he was slagging the lad off. Really ****ing pissed me off that. Edit the above makes no sense... haven't changed it but wtf?
Chris Waddle is awful on ESPN and I don't know how Craig Burley has any employment as a commentator or pundit. The only thing that saves ESPN is Pat Nevin who is superb but then again he is a lot smarter than the two mentioned.
I agree. Without question Tyldsley is by far the worst match commentator and Craig Burley the worst pundit. Thank god that ESPN is losing its football from next season. They employ some of the worst about. Sadly i bet they will end up at BT's new football channel and ITV.
Tit end Tyldesley every day of the week for me. His bias towards Man Utd and their players shouldn't be tolerated by his employers. He's basically a ****house. I might be in the minority but I don't like Martin Tyler either but do like Peter Drury. Gaz Nev is fast becoming my favourite though.
I can't stand that fella on Sky that isn't Martin Tyler, I think his names Alan Parry. Everything that happens he tries to make really dramatic, does my tits in.
I thought CT was exclusively an ITV man. Does he do stuff for ESPN too? Don't they mainly use Ian Darke?
CT is an ITV man but Craig Burley is with ESPN. I just dislike ESPN and there football coverage thanks to the lame people they use. Even Keegan looks and sounds limp now.
