Greatest Goals.

Have any of you got a greatest goal that stands out in your mind?

I've seen great goals scored by all our greatest players of recent years, but this one always makes me chuckle.

Any of you there to see it first hand? My seats just behind the goal so I had a worms eye view of it.

Another of the best goals, a bit of comical play acting by Shearer and Emre too. It looked like all the world that Al was going to take the free kick but he just sprinted forward and Emre squeazed it in beween between the post and the keepers fingers.

I had a worms eye view from just behind the goal.

No matter how many times I watch it I laugh.

 

Great strike though wasn't it. He went down as if to push it to the keeper with his head, like a snooker player would place an easy pot into the pocket, but it all went a bit wrong.

 

Not a bad strike, but he only scored it because Shola was standing the Mackem's wall scaring them.

 

The one I laugh about is the Phil Jones OG

 

That really was laughable. The Emre goal was class though.
