I have never wanted Liverpool to win a game of football.

I dont get this idea of supporting the english clubs in europe either, if they win they win and I will say well done. If they lose I will laugh. Doesnt bother me because I dont support them.

Not really to be honest. I was please for a few of my LFC supporting mates but I'd be lying if I said I was rooting for them at all.

 

Apart from when they are playing one of the other home nations, yes! Only if they are playing England do I want them to lose. I couldn't care less what others think of the English, I support all the home nations

Perhaps I worded it wrongly in saying i was rooting for them, I started watching the game as they were getting turned over... Which was funny... but when they came back i was genuinely pleased for them. . it was a good game of football. I like football. simple. I wasnt supporting them, but they made a great comeback..

I dont support every English Club in europe as it is funny when they lose, but I would ALWAYS rather see the english club do better then any other countries clubs. I dont have a soft spot for any other teams (other than West Ham a lil bit) just think its good for English football when our clubs do well.

I share the same sentiment to an extent... I wasn't routing for Chelsea in their final because it's Chelsea, they didn't really get there by the best of means and being the first London club to win it, they'll have delusions of being on a par with the rest of the Champion's League winners now.
