    Totally agree watford.
I came over here to see if Terry/Cole was out of the game and came across this thread.
For a load of fans who say 'QPR don't matter to them' , they seem to say a lot about us?
Anyway as i have said, i followed my team all over the country in league One and most of this lot have about a 10yr history with Chelsea.
however i won't bother with them on here and will see the sneakers on sat

To be the fair to 6angers fans, they did not sneak out after they got owned at the Bridge.

They exited en mass like no other away fans I've seen before at an all-seated SB.

And when their team needed them at their most .... as relegation beckoned.

    GD could have been crucial.

Fortunately Bolton's failings did not desert them like QPR's fickle 'hardcore' fans.

And they mock 6ulham's away fans

Here is a pic with eight mins of normal time and five mins of injury time to go...

    West London is yours..
    West London is yours..
    We're losing 6-0
    So West London is yours...

To be fair to Genk, over 38k did turn out for them.

Our lowest crowd in recent years was v QPR for a Carling game in 2009, 37k, which was surprising as the tickets were cheaper: priced at £20 odd quid.

And especially as we'd attracted 41k sellouts for Carling cup games at a similar stage of the competition v the likes of Scunny, Leicester, Burnley and Bolton previously.

All the group stage games were boycotts. Circumstances changed for Valencia as it turned out to be a group decider therefore precedence went above principle. Rosenborg was our lowest attendance in he CL due to the 70 odd quid they were asking for a game against an unfancied side.

It would be foolish to castigate teams over attendances in the group stage, the reality is for the top 8 teams in Europe it's widely accepted the group stage is pretty fruitless. Even Real Madrid - the worlds largest club and record winners - only 75-80% fill their stadium for the group stages. In fact in the QF v Spurs it wasn't even 85% due to he fans knowing it was a forgone conclusion.

In Spain and England Moreso in the current climate football isn't affordable. You simply HAVE to pick and choose your games. The hardcore and ex-regulars will only turn out for away games and big home games. That's pretty much the norm especially for Chelsea, Arsenal and United fans who feel more disenfranchised from their clubs than most others.

In Germany you can go to the football, go on a night out afterwards and come back with change from £30. That wouldn't even get you the ticket in England.

Football is expensive, DL. It looks like I am going to go to Juve (35) at home instead of Rangers away (50). And maybe take my godson to Wolves at home (25) with the cash I saving. I like the CL and Carling games as they are night games and/or I can afford to take the kids. Prem games generally I go with mates

I'm doing those as well and that's £105 out my pocket. £150 when travel and food/drink is factored in. I refused to do Arsenal because of the price. Much rather just go to the pub with a tenner and watch it

I'm gonna do Spurs and Fulham away as usual. And Arsenal this season.

So I am left with choice of QPR or West Ham; i am going to do West Ham this season and I will do QPR next if they are still in the Prem.

I fancy Saints away too and Norwich/swansea too

Yeh but this is your biggest game of the season and you can't sell it out and you only have to sell 15,000 tickets! Poor show but then again did we expect anything else?

Got hit by a 50p piece at Upton in mid 80s; and we let in three in the last ten minutes to give away a 3-2 lead!

Ray Stewart pens and bloody Cottee. We had no cash so we stood at the turnstiles and some Chelsea lads paid for us to get in!

My mate left early when we were 3-2 up to visit his nan in Whitechapel. Those were the days!

Yep I'll do Spurs and Fulham. Want to do Norwich on Boxing day and WBA away also. I intend to do quite a few this season. Have you got your Arsenal tickets?

A quick question... I'm going on Saturday and do you know where the away fans go for a drink before the game? Been told The Walkabout in Shepherds Bush? (not been to Loftus Road too often) If there isn't anywhere I guess we will have to go locally and then head over..

No waiting on members' sale tomorrow, it's been postponed from today. Spurs away is the bigger than ever this season after 19/05/2012.

Pretty horrible there mate. I usually go down the Crown & Sceptre but with Rangers mates, they ask for a home ticket to get in to the pub: away fans are not meant to go in. You can buy beers from the offie and drink on the steps opposite too.
Most places are OK if you are sensible, it's not rough like Spuds or West Ham

Walkabout is the only place. The rest will probably demand home tickets upon entrance. My advice would be to drink in Fulham/West Brompton than head off from there overground of jump on a 295 bus

I'm doing WBA as well probably. My best mate wants me to go To the NLD with him so it depends really. I'd rather do WBA as its Chelsea and also less than 2 miles from where I live.

Those are absolute no-go's for Chelsea fans especially the latter. You drink in Fulham for those games or you drink nowhere

Yeh I'm undecided... I know for sure you can't drink inside the ground as they don't sell a thing. Will be sure to keep my Chelsea shirt covered on my way to the ground... What do you reckon the atmosphere etc. will be like? I don't think there will be too much trouble as there is bound to be a huge police presence but with it being a 3pm kick off... you never know.

Yeh I'll do WBA for sure... a great away day. One of my favourites! Yeh I might do that... Looking forward to the game. Should be a cracking atmosphere for sure! with it being a 3pm kick off. I was surprised the police allowed it to be an afternoon kick off tbh.
