Yeah the option to buy stuff to "enhance the game" looks pretty ****. For example, if you want to manage an international team without paying £1 for the privilege, you have to win manager of the year 3 years running at your club team. Seems pretty hard. Hoping that these features are only in the new game mode "classic" and not in the full game mode
The FM12 thread has dissapeared and i was just wondering if in anyone's game Aguero was a beast/overpowered 34 games 45 goals 5 games 13 goals He just makes man city unbeatable
Played fm12 for about 4 months then got bored of it really, don't think I will be getting this years, just too much money, will be getting Fifa over it as well as CoD, spending much less time on xbox/pc gaming than I have been in recent years due to uni so it's not really worth it.
He just makes man city unbeatable, every year he gets a better tally too haha, im just hoping he brakes a leg or somthing
FM12 now: Got my first ever MLS job with Philadelphia Union. I'm still getting used to the weird transfer and contract systems. Can anyone recommend any good signings for the 2021 season? I was hoping to fill my empty designated slot with a veteran from Europe. There is an outside chance I could get Lavezzi.
Philadelphia Union <3 The transfer system is tricky, but you do get used to it after a season. I love MLS games, especially network games. The draft system is very interesting, and the Generation Adidas program as well.
It would be impossible to make a game with the enormous database of FM and have matches that look as good as FIFA. You'd need a top end gaming desktop to stand a chance of running it. FM is a great game for its realism and the sheer scale of its database, not for aesthetic reasons.
I think you are confusing 3D graphics with the match engine. The two are different things. It will always be very difficult for Football Manager to match games like EA's FIFA graphically, but in terms of replicating a real football match, Football Manager is the best simulation there is. EA have a huge budget and started developing 3D football graphics back in the mid 1990's, Football Manager have a much smaller budget and the graphics have improved significantly since they started using a 3D representation in FM09.
