She is 71 years old. I'm amazed she still tours at that age. I haven't been to the Freedom Festival before, so i thought it was quite good. The organisers are doing a good job of getting live music on in Hull. Are the Paddingtons behind this by any chance? I saw them walking round last night. Just need some Hull bands to start emerging. Thought the turnout down Humber Street in the evening was class, although Minerva dropped a bollock chosing to close for the festival. Bet Green Bricks loved it though. Enjoyed Kid British's set. Although, there were too many people sitting down. You don't sit down at a gig.
"Enjoyed Kid British's set. Although, there were too many people sitting down. You don't sit down at a gig." Probably City fans saying it is their right to sit down and complaining about their view being spoilt by people standing up. I hope they didn't applaud too loudly.
i went later on the saturday night it was great, the atmosphere was buzzin in town, with no trouble that i saw, didnt see much of the bands though, such a shame that part of town isnt used much for drinking theese days !
Don't mention Green Bricks to me! I queued for what felt like about half an hour to get a pint and a bacardi & coke last night. It was chaos. The bird serving was immensely dozy, but she was getting ignorant bald ****s just shouting orders at her, regardless of age old bar area etiquette. I hate people who don't wait their turn. Anyway, now that's off my chest. Also very prominent in the air was the noxious stench of cannabis. You rascals!
Port Side was really easy to get served , tho they kept running out of change and glasses , there was also a nice bevvy of beauties serving in black dresses . Like a robert palmer video but less lesbiaonic - letsbehonest
Just ply her with rosé. Young ladies love rosé. I always have at least two bottles chilling in the fridge.
