Still can't believe what those speed bumps to JEV. And here I was more worried about the stupid Singapore chicane but that's ridiculous.

In 2011 Vettel was on the podium for 5/6 last three race, the exception being Abu Dhabi where he retired.

    So theres hope ?

Considering Seb is driving a car worse than a Sauber and equal to a Mercedes at the moment doesn't really fill me with great confidence going into the last 7 races lol!

The Ferrari and Red Bull have looked stronger than mclaren on the past street circuits. The overseas races also seem to be in the rainy seasons over there too

Excellent and dominant performance by Lewis and well deserved. Felt very sorry for Jenson who is affectively now out of the championship and will have to play a supporting roll where necessary moving forward. Good drive by Fernando and an excellent drive by Perez.

It would have been nice to see the 2 Mclarens go at it in the closing stages (although I think Lewis had it easily covered) but with Jensons bad pit stop any chance of staying in touch was pretty much done and dusted. I think the performance will balance out abit in the final 7 races, with track lay out and track temp maybe suiting some cars more than Mclaren.

Alright, one more thing to get off my chest and then I'll stop for the night. Webber says the reason for his retirement was that his tyres were completely gone, yet he was one of the last to take his first stop. Can someone explain that?

Didn't you see him drop it coming out of Ascari? It completely ruined his tyres.

Vettel didn't leave enough space and rightfully got a penalty for forcing Alonso off the track. Last year it was on the limit but when Vettel went on the grass there was space between the two cars. In the end it didn't matter anyway.

There was space between them today, Alonso didn't have to give Vettel as wide a berth as he did, there was room to keep two tyres on the track as Vettel did last year.

You need to leave enough space, which Vettel failed to do.

I personally can't believe di Resta wasn't penalised for forcing Senna off the track. Here we once again see the problem of inconsistency, Vettel deserved to be punished in my view, however Alonso didn't half make a meal of the situation.
