probably aimed at Suarez

And Gerrard I would have thought. He's always crying off with niggles these days. Bwenadan seems out his depth and it will interesting to see him cracking as their season falls apart. Usually they to to Xmas with hope but it could be gone by Bonfire Night.

Liverpool fly-on-the-wall documentary reveals manager Brendan Rodgers' methods and philosophy

In the documentary, Being Liverpool, Rodgers also talks about his footballing philosophy, telling the cameras he does not believe in “training” players, rather he hopes he is “educating” them. “You train dogs,” he says.

“Every player I see as my own son,” he said. “I want to do the very best for them. I want to be able to push them in their lives so they can do it for their children. We do everything in life for our kids. I don’t want to ever miss the chance of letting players understand that this is why we do it.”

CPofL I find it slightly odd that you constantly go out of your way to trawl LFC only forums for such frankly trivial threads, are you really that bored? Or so easily amused?

Sir Red, I believe that it is more a function of those of us who regularly post on this useful thread wanting to ensure that the thread remains relevant and vital. Also, of course, the whole point of this thread is to hold up the mirror of reality to the Mouser malaise, which is delusion on a grand scale, in an attempt to provide a perspective that is more balanced and objective.

The official Supporters association of Liverpool Football Club today announced that they would be asking the US Government to stop commemorating the events of 11 Septemeber 2001 as it would deflect from the dreadful injustice suffered by their captain last night whilst representing his country. From now on it is to be officially renamed as St Stephen's Day.
