From the BBC Website: A bit of bad news for Everton fans - Fifa have refused to ratify the loan transfer of Vadis Odjidja-Ofoe from Club Brugge.
Quite strange. Everton say they did everything by the book, including all the paperwork but no reason given for the FIFA decision - http://www.evertonfc.com/news/archive/2012/09/07/fifa-ruling-on-odjidja-ofoe He was registered by the PL in their 25 man squad as well. Presumably he will be de-registered meaning we can try again in January (he didn't fail our medical per se; we wanted a second opinion and ran out of time).
