I think that clears that arguement up. United fans, especially Swarbs and UIR should think before commenting in future. Gerrard didn't wait to get a 150% pay-rise before re-signing. The reason he didn't sign one previously was he wasn't offered one, until he forced Moores and Parry to offer him a contract. There is a huge difference between demanding a new contract, and refusing to sign one, until the manager pulls down your pants and sucks your dick.

As we all know the difference between Torres and Rooney, is Torres wanted to leave and he was told he could, when Liverpools demands were met. Rooney wanted to leave and was begged to stay and he got a pay-rise and head.
