You fail to mention that 2 Sheff Weds fans were charged with causing the damage <ok>

Only Hull City fans were arrested for the cusion throwing at ours. It doesn't mean much to be fair.

PS, am I the only one that thought OLM's post was about tramps? Must be subliminal with seeing the names of the teams involved. <nahnah>

You can expect many more than that this time Especially IF we are in the top 6 at the time.

You wont be saying that after the 15th. Some "IFs" are bigger than others.

When I went to that game I had a few female friends sitting right near the away fans who were **** scared of getting caught up in a load of violence or something and I kept telling them it's an old reputation etc and I thought that was genuinely true, but it all started up again out of nothing before the game had even started. As far as I know, Milwall have no issue with Hull City as a club in a rivalry sense or even in the silly little 'firm rivalry' stuff that goes back to the 70s. It seemed to be purely out of the blue. I know any club can have numpties follow it about and can't really do anything about it, but you can't say that what Milwall 'fans' did at the KC only 3 years ago (and also a few similar incidents at other grounds since) is just an outdated reputation based on 30-40 years ago.

Not the club's fault, but that won't stop people associating it with the club and disliking you as a result.

Also, it really beggard belief that some people still think that 'mauled by the tigers' video is in some way embarrassing for Hull City. It's a song we'd sang loads of times before that, it's a joke, it's not an actual attempt to look like a tiger believe it or not, it's purely silliness. We go and beat Arsenal at the Emirates, sing it to them (it's a pisstake remember?) Someone sticks it on the internet and suddenly loads of people think it's embarrassing and try to use it against us. Who knew football songs were all so serious, accurate and genuinely threatening.

Probably true about some. Give the link a click to see why.

    We STILL pay your benefits.

I remember the last game against Millwall when a few of the Delboys came in giving it the "we pay your benefit" wheeze and waiving tenners, to be met by several totally separate blokes laughing and wafting several hundred quid in notes back at them.

The delboys suddenly took a deep interest in their shoes as they minced to the back of the stand. <eek>

Eh? They were in the peasants enclosure (DON'T go for the obvious) It wasn't A fan with £100 it was several fans with several £100's and it wasn't in his pocket or whatever you cheeky chappies long winded verbiage calls it.

All in all, about as wrong as wrong gets.

Wasn't it the Cardiff announcer that got sacked for asking if the Millwall fan could return to his vehicle as it's causing an obstruction. Could he find a different lampost to fasten his horse and rag cart to, before playing the Steptoe Music.

Don't you just love Londoners, who'd be thick enough to pay them house prices and still think it's something to gloat about? Oh, hang on, the chirpy Cockneys have legged it from London haven't they? Bloody 'ell, jogged off your own manner, as Danny Dyer might say. :smiley-finger007:

I was channel hopping the other night and came across some appalling new gardening show with Phil Tufnell and Anneka Rice. They were building a community garden in the middle of a council estate in Poplar, East London. As it was a community garden, they went to round the community to get volunteers to do the grafting. Unfortunately, they couldn't find anyone at all who spoke English, not one, they went in every shop down a parade on one road and there wasn't a single shop owner who spoke English. Proper hilarious and no mistake.

Fish banter always does the trick. There was fishing in Hull over 30 years ago so it makes good sense. As for crack, I'm pretty sure if we compare the relevant drug situations in our respective clubs' locations, Hull would be a lot better.
