    This is nonsense.

As for taking the piss, of course we would and back in 1994 we certainly did. I also remember laughing at members of my family crying as Raith lifted the Coca Cola Cup. I got shouted at for it but my swift reply was "It wasn't that when you were laughing at Super Ally and King Richard crying last year after the CSKA Moscow game." the answer to that was "aye but this is different." Think I've heard that one a few times since then <whistle>

I suppose having to grow up with bheggar hypocrisy I've learned to see it coming from a mile away, back in 94 I was young and confused about how I was supposed to react to Pacific Shelf's first ever cup final defeat as only months earlier the same family members had watched Dundee United stop our bid for a double treble and cheered in my face like they'd scored the winner themselves.

Which brings us back to the claims of bigotry you mentioned. It seems to be ok for followers of the green & grey to play the bigotry/sectarianism card when they feel hard done by but when Rangers try and claim this it causes widespread shock horror. In addition to this, a lot of people need to look up the definitions of these words in a dictionary.

But hey, that's the internet age we live in these days. Any ***** with access to the internet can alter mindsets by creating a high post count on a forum or continually blogging until someone listens. Luckily for us, nobody listens to the bile spouted on this forum <ok>

It's the banter. When does banter stop being banter and become something else. It's a tricky one.

I honestly don't care what songs you sing

But if they are bigoted at least admit as much. Don't go making up stories that "see the taigs, they're bigoted too"

    It's petty

    Wear your hatred with pride

Rebel does it to annoy people. Dev does it because he genuinely obsessed with Rangers.

In case you've missed it Frank, ANYONE who criticises Rangers, or had anything to do with their downfall (apart from Minty and Whyte) is now a bigot. Can you explain that one?

    When was that ever said?

Minty and Whyte are solely responsible for our downfall. The bigots who hate us more than they love their own club jumped on our weakness, and have done since 2006.

Fair play to them, if that's their game. Not something I'd really bother myself with but some folk are mentally unstable. Phil Gorilla Brain is a particular culprit.

That kind of behaviour is when rivalry is no longer "banter" (a word that is questionably gay by the way) as questioned by Gambol.

Absolutely ribbing us for being skelped by Maribor & Malmo, Mick trolling on Follow Follow with an image of his betting slip showing his bet on us losing to Kaunas (which I was in tears laughing at) the Monday morning bragging rights balanced on the result of a derby match, chants of "just one out of 54" slagging off celtc's brutal Champions League away form, laughter over spunking £5m on Rafael Shite and £2.2m on the wrong AIK striker who happens to be a pensioner, celtc fans claiming all Rangers fans are 20 stone and Rangers fans claiming all celtc fans have a cocksucker's lisp.

All those listed are examples what makes our rivalry great and create a mutual respect.

It becomes sinister when people start complaining about songs and cloak & dagger missions into footballing finances and attempted retrospective punishments are initiated. This happens to be media driven as well because the dramatics sell stories and the built up tension gives them more to write about. It has went too far and now every mutant has crawled out of the woodwork attempting to damage our club, we've even had them try to claim David Templeton's signing was illegal <laugh><doh>

There will of course be a reaction and if this pathetic and unfounded talk of title stripping grows arms & legs, don't be surprised or offended when Rangers bloggers start requesting action on the back of the Torbett scandal in relation to the Penn State verdict. That is pathetic and disrespectful but that's the game celtc supporters entered and have carried on since 2006. We are in danger of losing the mutual respect element of our rivalry and won't the media just love that, as when an incident happens people like Graham Spiers who has never kicked a ball or attended a match as a fan in his ****y life can line up and say "we told you so".
