Because of the shenanigans that went on when we tried to sign him in the prem twice. His dad reneging on promises etc. I think he'd definitely do a job, but he's a bit of a similar player to Simmo.
Spot On John.!!!! No No No No to Fraizer Campbell ever wearing a Hull City shirt again. Correct. I would rather have Big Jon Parkin back than FC. Not really. FC has done nothing since that season in the sun here. Even allowing for his injury seasons.
Apart from getting a full England cap....obviously. Campbell is a cut above anyone we have at the moment, but as I don't think there's any chance of coming to us, I think it's rather academic.
Oh do me a favour. That showed just how desperate England were for a striker. I am amazed that Campbell has not been called up for this squad with Rooney and Carroll missing. Simpson can be as good as FC if he wants to be for a start. Fryatt is a better finisher. Proschwitz does not come into it for now. So that leaves McLean which i would agree on. I agree on it being academic though. IMO, only Huddersfield or maybe Leicester (if they can shift Beckford) have a chance of FC.
I would put Udderfield as favourite to get FC, he was born there, they need to replace Jordan Rhodes, and have money available from the sale of JR.

I'd be ****ing well chuffed if we could get Campbell back here. It'd be a kick in the goolies for Simpson, and he has my sympathy, but options are necessary and I don't think it's guaranteed his form will last. I don't mean that as knock to the lad, I just don't. It's never lasted before. So, if possible, get this ****er in.
