The billionaire owners are using the clubs to launder money in reality, thats what needs looking at most urgently. At the end of the day, City would survive FFP but Chelsea would be ****ed.
Ah, Dave Whelan. The fount of all information. The man who claimed Liverpool were "clueless". Well if he say it then it must be true Like I said, please provide a quote from a United source. Or should I quote lots of journos and other randoms who say Liverpool are relying on a PL FFP to ever get back in the top 4? Oh how you fail. Investment in infrastructure and youth development is excluded from the FFP calculations. Do you even know what everyone else is talking about?
But be real Dave. There is no way City could show that - not in the current market. Fair values, in comparison to previous performance and other clubs will always be looked at. They would however keep all the money as you state but the calculations would still be amended to show fair market value. Interesting times ahead though.
Both man city and chelsea bought their titles and many dont recognize their false achievements. Liverpool and man united are the two most successful title holders ever .......these rich boys for toys owners have spoilt football that its not about working to your limits anymore its about how rich you are...Im glad that we at Swansea are an example to others that even without sod all in the beginning you can do well.....we know dam well that we wont have a chance at the title though as we cant go out there and buy the best players as we cant afford it.. Money is ruining the game we all love as there is no level playing field anymore....
You should increase the size of your text when replying to whonext. He gets Liverpool and Everton mixed up so I assume his eyesight is poor. Try size 7
Oversees TV rights pales into significance compared to the Domestic rights deal so to claim there will be such a dramatic leap is futile. Pretty much like your resistence to the fact you can't compete hence the demand fro PL FFP
In 2010-13, the Premier League made £1.437bn from overseas deals. The earned £190m for the rights in Singapore alone, and £225m from the Middle East, and £146m in Hong Kong, and £111m in Scandinavia, to name just a few of the largest regional deals. As you can see, there is a huge difference from OS to Domestic
Stop bitching! From the very start of professional football, money has always ruled the game - only the zeros have increased.
UIR IS A TWAT That much is true Swarbs, nice avoidance again. What is it they say? Attcak is the best form of defense. So when I prove you wrong you're just going to call me names. Are you sure you're not UIR in disguise!
What I don't get Ben is why arethey working on deals that were signed a decade ago??? Have I missed something or does that just not make sense?!
Dollface, they would be from the recently released reports about the various deals. Are you suggesting none of them exist and that United didnt just sign a $600million 7 year deal with Chevrolet or that the PL hasnt just signed a £3billion TV deal? Interesting.

Try explaining that to the nitwit that is trying to make out in 2014, Manchester United are going to make £500 million in revenue. However he doesn't have the figures to back it up.
Stop being a bellend. There hasnt ever been a level playing field, atleast not since WWII. The formation of the Premier league and Champions league in the Mid 90's did more than any rich owner could ever do to exacerbate the problem. Liverpool and their Pools money in the 80's? Or werent you born then?
Poor bastard will never live that down... What are you talking about? Current domestic deals are £1.7bn a year, current overseas deals are £1.4bn a year. The domestic deal will be £3 billion from 13/14, but by that point the overseas deal will have jumped in size again. In what twisted world does that count as insignificant? Avoidance? I've answered every point you've made, proved you wrong every single time, and not called you a name once. You're going to have to do better than that, please try harder
You haven't touched on the other facts that made no ****in sense at all you tit! Why are United working on deals that were signed a decade ago? Why is OS revenue suddenly going to leapfrog domestic revenue? I AM WAITING FOR THE PROOF!!!
Whats this huge difference? 200million? Because thats the difference between the current OS and domestic deals. Oh and the sums add up quite nicely, you being unable to comprehend numbers above 0 means you are likely to struggle. Correct. Try explaining that to the nitwit that is trying to make out in 2014, Manchester United are going to make £500 million in revenue. However he doesn't have the figures to back it up.[/QUOTE]
I quoted the comment that stated the PL FFP came from United - You haven't been able to discredit that quote. You have been spending far too much time following UIR Clown around the LFC board pal!
Try winners money, gate money, merchandise money lad. Littlewoods owner John Moores pumped his money into Everton.
