Who would you rather keep Lover or Shola?

I get your point but I have seen many people on here say the exact same thing and he has made everyone eat their own words, he is priceless to us.

 

We know that Lover and Best is the best pair we have at the moment and Lover plays much better with anyone else apart from Shola.

Lover can score the odd goal and play a decent passing game with his partner. Shola is slow as **** and tactically blind.

 

That's still worrying IMO. Need a younger mans' Loverman with a bit more quality IMO. A clinical striker with good pace, finishing ability and who can pass, dribble and be a ''team'' player. Is that too much to ask?

Loverman and Best will be good as back-up though.

Yes and in that article i gave praise to Lover, and said that Ameobi should be given credit for what he's done but we need to get better options.

lover is frustrating but has good games , worth keeping hold of as a sub for next season if we loan ranger out ,but wouldnt be disappointed if he went if we buy couple strikers in the summer

Before today I would have said Lovenkrands, but he did alright, yet Ameobi was easily the worst player on the pitch. So I'd say Ameobi he was so far off the pace it was untrue. So probably both.

 

I would get rid of both BUT I think we all know Ameobi will be here until he retires (or even more scarily, until he dies).

Load of bollocks to be fair. I only saw todays game on a naff stream, but Shola was MoM against Wolves and looked tidy against Man U. He's not fantastic but he's the best we've got currently available so I'm not going to slag him off for a poor performance. Rather have Shola as second choice striker than someone like Carlton Cole.
