The Thin White Duke, when do we all think he was at his best? I'm not a big fan but must concede he has done a few good tunes. "The return of the thin white duke, throwing darts in lovers eyes"
He was good but since teaming up with Suzie McGuire on Clyde1 he's lost some of that razamataz, though the GB experience on Saturday night certainly still puts me in the mood for a couple of eccies and go out and punch **** out of those ****'s fae the YY.
In the early days I admit Bowie was pish but with the release of Let's Dance he picked himself up and then had his greatest period of songwriting till the end of the 80's. Then he reverted back to being terrible. Quite often feel that he is a bit of a wasted talent much like Jimmy Hendrix. Could have been so much better.
