It's our salt anniversary coming up in a few weeks. As my grandmother would have said - a good opportunity for a fish supper. (I can't think of anything else for salt).
The list my better half uses shows salt as UK and Bronze as US - although I've noticed over the years that she tends to swap from one to the other, depending upon what's on offer.
She wishes! When we got engaged, I apparently promised her a diamond eternity ring - have yet to find such a beast. Tescos don't appear to stock them.
Morning all except NZ - a good evening to you. It's a big day today as pie starts his A-level courses which means a suit for 6th form and a new school as his old one doesn't go past GCSE. He's doing 4 subjects (maths, physics, chemistry and ICT) and bizarrely, 3 of them are the same as the ones I did. It's also the day that his younger brother starts his GCSE courses.
Morning all, a bright sunny morning here with a high of 28C forecast for this afternoon. More blood given over to the vampire this morning. Checking to see that I still have some clotting ability after my daily injection to prevent clotting in my leg. Watched the wheelchair racing last night and felt inspired to get out in the lane with mine, but as there is quite a steep hill and I don't have a steering front wheel Mme has banned me from trying my hand at it.

afternoon all! Madness here at the moment, last minute bits to do for the bat mitzvah, it's amazing..however organised i am, the last week is always crazy! Still, nearly there, woohoooo! We're 21 years married, no idea what that is, and i gave up all hope of an eternity ring years ago BB, i expect your wife has done the same! lol thanks for the caramel latte Ak, very much needed today!
A good idea to talk about wedding anniversaries. Mine is on 16. september and is 17 years. So no metal or stones or anything for this one.
Is this a Watford event or not? Not very clear! http://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sp...ford_legend_to_host_Q_A_session/#commentsList
