    1-2 up with minutes to play. Connolly and Fonte. Could be a long few minutes, then to the pub. Looks like I could be celebrating but the chickens aren't hatched yet.

    And it's all Southampton, all Southampton FC...

    Before this Easter weekend, I said that if we're in 2nd place come 5pm on Easter Monday, then I'll really believe that we're promoted. I just cannot see us slipping up in two of our last three games. I very much maintain that belief - so come Saints, lets go out there on Monday and get three points off of Hartlepool.

    I have been supporting my Saints for nearly 50 years and they have made me cry many times 1976 of course but now I am crying again about a win at brighton. Bloody hell saints I love you and I love Fonte as much as Mcgrath Huxford Blythe Lundekvan et al. but he is a good player aint he? Can we do it?
