    Heard some speculation on the TV last night, in connection with Liverpool's problems with a replacement for Carroll, that Drogba maybe available again, and would be ideal for them. It seems his Club in China may have problems and his contract could be void. No doubt he would cost a fortune, but what a player he could be for us! Anelka could also be in the same situation. Let Liverpool have Owen back!

    He cant go to anyone now. You cannot sign as a FA if you have been employed after the window was closed.

    Also we cant sign any FAs because we have 25 o21 players and they have to be named and you arent allowed to name less than 25 (unless you have less than 25) to leave space for a FA.

    So have Liverpool less than 25 over 21 players then?! The PL channel were talking serious of Owen going back there as an FA, with Drogba as a seemingly more remote, but much better bet for them - perhaps it was all b*ll*cks!

    I dont think they do which means they can sign owen but not drogba.
