    Nobody's perfect.
Adkins has been blamed for the substitutions on Sunday which let Manure back into the game.

Surely Rodgers should never have let Carroll leave without signing a replacement, apparently "he expected" to sign Dempsey or Sturridge, but obviously failed.

Just saying that everybody makes mistakes, especially with a new club (Rodgers), new team (Hughes) or new division (Adkins).

We dissect what Hughes does with the finest of scalpels, it's important to realise that he has the best intentions for the club and the team.

Agree. MH is ambitious and he has some quality now to mould into a team. No knee jerks.

Good job he hasn't been judged on his thirteen away games then. Give him time though. He should win one this season.

Feel sorry for Rodgers - ultimately of course, the problem is he's not called Kenny so he doesn't get any monies released, any support from the fans or the board.........

    oh hang on.....Kenny Rodgers........sounds familiar...........

Paolo Di Canio: Swindon boss seeks Wes Foderingham apology. Swindon manager Paolo Di Canio says he will not play goalkeeper Wes Foderingham again until he apologises to fans for the "arrogance" he showed in the 4-1 loss at Preston. The 21-year-old was substituted on 21 minutes after his error led to Akpo Sodje's opener.

He exchanged words with Di Canio as he left the field and chose to sit in the stands for the remainder of the game.
"He's the worst professional I've ever seen," Di Canio told BBC Wiltshire.
"It wasn't only the mistake, which can happen to everyone. It was the arrogance later on when he started moaning to the others. That was the worst thing for me."
"If he doesn't come out and say sorry to the fans for his professionalism, then he is out of my team."

"Di Canio went raw on his young goalkeeper. Hope the young lad is strong enough to come through this...harsh start to League One football”

MH needs to be given a fair crack of the whip. Unless he's making elementary mistakes, i think he should be given untill christmas before any criticism is leveled at him.

Managers shortcomings? Sven has had a few of those over the years apparently .... but that's got nothing to do with football.

IMO Hughes had a very good record at other clubs where, excluding Man City, he's achieved good league positions without spending ridiculous sums of money. He might be criticised for the style of football he has played historically but that might change and we should judge him once he has knocked his new squad into shape. Me, I'm quietly confident he, and we, will do well. I'm looking forward to the rest of the season, with MH in charge!

Hes finished in the top 10 in every full season in the PL and got every team hes managed into Europe.

Thats enough for me to give him some time to get it together and it will be something like 7 or 8 games without a win to get me to start thinking about replacing him.
