Beckham was a one trick pony when he was at United. The second he signed for Real Madrid he became United's best player and irreplaceable. RVN was a goalhanger who couldn't score from outside the box but overnight he became an irreplaceable clinical finisher. Ronaldo was another one trick pony who became irreplaceable over night.

And now poor old RVP has gone from being the best player in the league to an overrated crock.

Certain people would have been frothing at the mouth when we signed him. The froth would have abated momentarily when he missed the penalty yesterday but has clearly started flowing even more freely since he notched his hat trick yesterday. The nice thing is it's internationals coming up so they've got a good couple of weeks to seethe about it.
