RAW I wouldn't disagree. His name alone should get him into bother.

Point the coments out and we'll look at them. Just don't expect an immediate response as I for one have to work for a living!

So we can't mention NUFC or take the piss in case the trolls decide to use it as an excuse to infest every SAFC thread?

I don't think anyone can have a complaint when it is a Skunk themed thread.
I certainly don't, as when I have started threads about them I expected them to turn up.
Which kept them out of SAFC threads for a short while.

What I and others have said on numerous occasions is when they invade SAFC threads to disrupt and derail the thread.

Just like Jackie in here, this thread has **** all to do with him, but he just can't help himself.
His opinion has no bearing on this topic as it was for SAFC Mods and Mackem's.

As for Jwag I stated in his thread he is normally one of the reasonable skunks.
That didn't alter the fact his thread title was inflammatory to say the least, especially with what was going on in other threads with the trolls.
Even the Swansea fans telling them they were wrong didn't stop them trolling!

To think we wouldn't take the thread in any other way than we did, would be naivety in the extreme.
Why could he not just have added to those threads, why did he feel the need to start a thread in the first place?
After all the other threads were top of our board at the time!

Lets not forget these were not WUMs they were trolls making a concerted effort to derail threads.

Good WUMs can entertain both sides.

The three Mags mentioned are only here to aggravate, that doesn't entertain anyone, apart from themselves.

Surely its indicative that the people who responded to my post in an argumentative way are the usual faces involved in cross-board arguments and there were MORE fans, both Sunderland and Swansea who simply answered the question and left it at that? Maybe it was inflamatory, but anything can be offensive if you're LOOKING to take offense. As it was a thread asking if Sunderland fans did boo, having a title 'Fans booing Taylor?' is fairly common sense. You could argue that it is somewhat of a leading question, but when you then go on to read the thread (as you clearly did) surely the title then becomes redundant to an extent because it was clear I WASN'T trying to take the piss.

Also, you're right, I could've simply put a comment onto another thread, but the same could be said if I had wanted to specifically talk about Adam Johnson and started a new thread JUST for that, would you still be commenting on me pointlessly adding threads then? Probably not!

I still think this whole thing is ridiculous, and have been overanalysed to the Nth degree. I'll hold my hands up and say I bit back at Cest, and **** it, I probably should've expected a bit of stick for the article - I certainly will from now on, but it won't be 90% of the Sunderland board, it will be from the same old same old, yourself and Cest being the 2 most obvious!

Not saying don't have them mate, just saying, on those kind of threads, we should give up the right to complain if the Mags come on for a bite.

Not at all. Come on for a bit of crack, without the constant need to just spoil the thread and you will get a fair crack of the whip back.

The toon fans have their heads in the sand if they cannot acknowledge the affect the constant drip, drip, drip ad infinitum that we had from Cheik/Anita/MBAON.

Pampers/Jackie just take a step back and try looking at this from the inside instead of trying to defend the indefensible - the very fact that the Sunderland fans have had their rep stripped I think sums these cretins up - and I'm disappointed some have gone tit for tat - however thats a reaction to their actions.

We need to draw a line under this and just be alert for any re-appearance of these two and flag it up to the mod rather than indulging them.

I'm not commenting on this anymore.

In a message to Newcastle fans - if you come for debate, craic, banter, which is on topic and not wumming then I will be more than happy to chat with you all - I have had some really good PM's with a few toon fans recently and I have no axe to grind - just have empathy for where you are - give respect and you will get it back in spades from the majority on here.

This is where the problem lies though Cest...There was 2 perhaps 3 who suggested I'd attempt 'spoil the thread' or wum, the vast majority just responded as I'd hoped they would, with a reasonable answer. Simply put, what you consider to be 'a fair crack of the whip' does not neccessarily reflect everyone elses!

Fair comments, I don't think anyone would disagree. The lad/user you mentioned is quite open about the fact he almost exclusively uses not606 for the Sunderland board. He has the references to wumming etc. in his signature and spent 12 hours on here on Sunday. I know it would annoy me if I was in your boat and I think you as a board can do what you think is best to keep the Sunderland posters here.

Thanks JWAG, good comment.............this has to be the way forward, majority of NUFC fans know where the line is and cross it from time to time when making a point - as we all do, its called being passionate - however, quality is better than quantity in my books, everytime.
