I like Beyonce, really I do, but she's let herself go. Drugs, seriously, just say NO people.
antony hegarty has a brilliant voice and i have always loved this version more than Beyonce's. Love Dolly's version too but can't stop listening to this:
Liking that Kent. Bought all the early White Stripes albums, a great sound. The Antony Hegarty 'joke' was just a flippant piece of late night tomfoolery. I actually like his stuff very much, and was listening to a lot of it that night. I particularly like his version of Leonard Cohen's 'If it be your will', just excellent. OK, not to everyone's taste maybe, but powerful stuff.
That cover is great, really like that. This is a decent song, Pixies are a good band, quite psychedelic some of their stuff but I do like them.
Like it. Any Portishead fans out there?
The Old Boys won't like this! "Neyull!! Neyull!! They comin' straight oota compton bor!"
Old school but great tune
Its namesake from Bela and the Flecktones ain't bad either
Just listening to Radio 2 and a programme on Gene Krupa, the drummer. If any of 'mature' posters like the older jazz, then cop a listen on Iplayer. Well worth a listen

Is it as good as that American (c)rap stuff that the 'old boys won't like' from earlier posts? Well, yes, yes it is.
Hi Maestro. I did indeed, mate. Jazz is the genre I know least about, clips here from people who are well versed in it are a great help. I'm keen to learn more about it.
Can't remember who said it, but it was once said that jazz is music for the unmusical. I actually find Jazz the easiest genre of music to understand, and yet, find it the hardest to actually play.
Slightly off-kilter for both me and this board, but I'm currently listening to Daniel Bedingfield's debut album 'Gotta Get Thru This' and it really is a gem
