If he had pace and scored more (although he did score today), then he would be the complete player. If we go down, he will get snapped up I reckon.
Picked up from where he left off in the last game against united in the cup. Was the best player that night as well. So pleased he stayed with us through all of the troubled times and now has his chance to shine in the prem!
He was amazing today. It's the best I've ever seen him play. Same for Puncheon . They were both immense
Fantastic today, got to perform to a similar level to that for awhile to get into France's midfield though, they have some top quality CM's
The starting front 6 were great. The midfield looked awesome and really played well together. They seem to be understanding each other so I expect they will actually improve. Punch and Clyne were great. One of the better games for Punch. Lallana did well but if we had another Clyne on the left it would help. For me the front 6 should remain the same next game.
Ramirez has a long flight though. He won't make it to Southampton until probably mid day Thursday. With one day of practice seems a little risky to start him. I just hope he stays healthy during the break. I'd love to see him come off the bench though. We could have used him today.
