Don't get me wrong guys I like ML and all, but don't you think he's been a bit boring when interviewed by the media?

Alright, he's been accurate and to the point but where's the bloody passion?

I mean when are we going to someone who really cares about their club, for example

'' My fight is to keep the supporters proud and keep the great name of liverpool going forward.

I HAVE MADE IT MY LIFE TO DO THAT''

Now buck ( no pun intended ) up ML ! Where's all the BS ? <yikes>

I prefer ML's style. He doesn't crave the limelight and isn't on TV every half hour because unlike Rodgers he doesn't need to, he is already a big name in world football.

Also at the end of each game Rodgers always leaves the field after everyone else, milking any applause. Again ML doesn't do this, he simply shakes hands and walks down the tunnel.

I'll take our present manager, the man with more than one plan over an egomaniac every day of the week.

Fair play to Brendan, I like a manager who is on the touchline getting involved - and I did like his link with the fans at the end of every match.

Vetch, I think there was a hint of sarcasm in what ffs says.
Laudrup does seem like a non bs sort of a guy and he has my respect for that <ok>

Vetch tell me your not serious, PLEASE!

Give me St Brenda any day.Why he's probably given 5 of his kidneys away for deserving charities in developing regions like........... England or Legoland etc.

ML can't ever in my view, measure up to that!

    Well,forgive me for breathing.

I took your article at face value, and based on that assumption,my response is a "serious" one.

Am I to take all your future offerings as being of the piss taking variety?

Ffsdon you can't be serious! How the hell can you even compare the class act of Laudrup to the Blarney spouting Irishman! You seriously need to check your priorities son, give me Laudrup over Rodgers any day of the week, thank goodness the Scousers now have his Bull! Unless of course you were being facetious, which is probable you, you tart .......................<laugh>

And Michael Laudrup also had the sense to see the value of keeping Mark Gower too.

Have you not see the passion when we score a goal from ML???? He jumps of his chair and punches the air like the rest of us.....all managers are different, I dont want to see him standing on the touch line barking out orders all the time. Its off putting to the players for a start. the odd word with a player when the ball goes out of play is fine but ranting on the touchline when the players are concentrating on the ball does no good at all and could even lose you the game....ML shows enough passion if you look at him....

Mostly! For I do like a titter or two<party>.

How can anyone take the '' I have made it my life to do that '' quote seriously at all. I got into a heated debate about the bs coming from Brenda's gob with one in particular on this board and one on the puddle board with whom I have struck a kind of truce. ML is a godsend as you say cool articulate and someone to be relied upon. When it comes from his mouth you know you can trust it.

Now I'm going to take my sensible head off again and enjoy myself :smiley-finger007:
