From City's point-of-view, the results/scores for today's matches would ideally be: Cardiff-QPR 0-3 (So QPR are qualified for the Premier League before our game on Monday) Hull-Boro 6-0 (So we climb past Leeds and Nottingham ) Derby-Burnley 2-1 (So Burnley are out of it) Millwall-Preston 1-2 (So Millwall are out of it, kinda doubt it though) Go on
Well that went quick. 1-1 I really dont see the strength in QPRs team though. QPR * 01 Kenny * 02 Orr * 03 Hill * 13 Gorkss * 16 Connolly * 04 Derry * 07 Taarabt * 11 Faurlin * 15 Routledge * 09 Helguson * 21 Smith I think Cardiffs team looks much stronger. I guess QPR are more of a unit ^^
Anyone know what's going on with the QPR points dock over the Faurlin transfer? They said a while ago they want to decide it before the end of the season but I've heard nothing since :/ And Febbos, Taarabt is all QPR need
I dont know if its better to play QPR when they dont need the result or when they do so there is pressure on them
The FA decision will be handed down on May 6th, the day before the final games of the season. Bloody stupid, they must know what they're going to do already(as probably, do QPR). It will be a slap on the wrist and a fine, there'll be no points deduction.
BBC "understands it will be a fine".. Regardless of the Cardiff vs QPR result hopefully the presure/expectation & media hassle will take its toll.. Derby played well vs QPR in the week - watched it, so they could at least hold Burnley.. Millwall won't lose at home We can & must beat Boro
I think i would rather cardiff won. That would mean there is still pressure on qpr and im hoping cardiff go up automatically as they are the only team i would not like to play against in the play offs if we get there!
Bellamy slams in for 2-1. Think we'd be much better off with a QPR win but either way it's down to us to beat them, whether they're under pressure or not.
we want a QPR win i think for 2 reasons. 1 is they'll be promoted and can relax a bit before our game. and 2... AP just said on the radio that if cardiff go up, gerrard will be going back there as he's got 2 years left on his contract and his PL wages will be 4x what they are at the moment.
Yeah, hullborn - I felt the Gerrard factor was being missed. Forget the hangover/bounce-back factors....we just have to play for another win on Monday (after today's win over Boro)
