A blanket ban on A skunk by another name (or as we all know its Chiek); Obertan; John Humble; Tash (he WUMS more than he posts sense) must be made immediately, or the few remaining good Sunderland fans will disappear day by day, until there wont be any sunderland fans here to make it worth. Their IP addresses must be known to the people running this site, so monitoring them under whatever new names they keep popping up with should be easily policed and their complete banning easily effected. Any others that come on doing likewise should be removed and banned. Any mag that wants to come over and have a bit of crack is very welcome and that is how it should be but those tat just want to disrupt and spoil are not and should be removed to allow good banter to resume again. I don't see why on a Sunderland board my only option is to 'ignore' them when they are still going to ruin the threads and posts of others. This may well be an open site but that has to come with responsibility, or else it fails on all counts. At the end of the day, this is a Sunderland forum and it is to Sunderland fans the MOD's are best acting on behalf. I am sick and tired of their attempts to ruin the Sunderland board with their daily obsession on here. They don't come to chat they come to piss people off and just ruin the crack between fellow Sunderland fans. Their contributions ALWAYS end in chaos and slanging matches and that's exactly what they want. Its a shame that lads like Sombrero and QWOP are tarred with the same brush as they often post funny and interesting stuff that is worth having a bit crack with. It up to the Sunderland MOD's to act now, or face losing this once excellent site for good.
MOD'S: Last chance to save the Sunderland board We need a blanket ban on people like Cestriamackem and MackemsRule, their determination to derail threads by posting inane pictures and abusive comments is bringing the forum down. This has been confirmed by people who have left the site citing that Mags were not the main reason for them leaving. He who shouts loudest is not always right, Cest has been told on many occassions that he is just as bad as any Newcastle fan, yet he just ignores these posts and continues to blindly lay the blame at everyone else's feet. PS this site was so excellent that you once threatened to leave it for good fail. Look Cest, We, the mods, stated clearly 4 weeks back, that we are always available via PM, if anhone wants a post deleted , or a person banned, we'd look at it. Not ONE PM, and several cases of Sunderland fans starting it, then complaining when it escalates. We're here to help, and we'll always look at it through red & white eyes, but you guys have to help us out. Attacking people when they WUM etc, fine. Attacking them because they aren't Sunderland fans, wrong. Can I ask all to say their feeling on this thread, then me and Talc & Sid will discuss it.

they do seem to ruin a lot of threads like but like you say a few of them are alright, its hard to say what to do for the best imo good luck mod's
it's the constant disruption and the damning with faint praise, it's all set up to wind people up. back on the old 606, the mods would have removed this guy. they may have been akin to the gestapo in their methods, but they kept threads free from bullshit and all the fans engaged. the exact opposite is happening here, which is, i expect, what this kid wants.
he does not "create debate" does he? Mag by any other name admitted on an article named after him that he only comes on here not to be positive about Sunderland, taken in context with the volume of posts he makes then I think speaks volumes and I hope the mods will sort him out once and for all.
Why not create an informal standing rule; Any poster who deliberately acts like a prick, either through being a wum, or causes the forum to react in a manner not conducive to decent debate will be banned for a period of ......... (days/weeks/permanent) depending upon the post(s) repeat offenders will be ****ed of completely. MODS decision will be final.
MonMush, I just want to say that I have been a member of this site from its early creation. I left because of the constant interference and irrelevant comments by Mags. I was still reading the posts but just decided not to get involved. As the time past it has gotten slightly better but I truly can't understand whythey feel the constant need t come on her sprouting ****e. I never go on the scum board because I don't support that team. I don't envy a Mods job.s
The honest mags suffer for it as well. The stuff that comes their way wouldn't be so bad if people claiming to be mags weren't so hell bent on doing what they do.
I am really fed up now to the point where I just can't be arsed logging in on a night time. It's the same people, Rancid Toe you will have noticed has made a couple of threads at least, along the lines of 'he is there to clear the wumming' you know the daft spotty teenager kind of patter. He is continually on the board having digs and as of yet, I have seen no constructive feedback or debate from him. A mag by another name is clearly also on the WUM, he makes points in which you can see straightaway is going to cause hostility and only here to disrubt the board. There's some very good mag posters on here, the likes of jarra mag, qwop, jesus was a geordie and even Tash. I can see where people are coming from with Tash but to me it's not him wumming he is just clearly passionate and black and white daft but if you read into what he is saying he can be constructive and gives reason to his arguments. He is the same on the Newcastle board (even they think he is a bit daft). If you could block IP addresses that would be perfect but i'm not sure if you can. Also that is your job, not mine. This is a delicate issue. Whilst I don't want this forum to turn into some sort of Mackem Apartheid Republic, only airing our views, I dont want every thread stuffed by moronic geordies. They know what they are doing. Should be a yellow/ red card system if it is practical and can be managed. Proven wum, 1st strike. Do it again anywhere, any time, 2nd strike and out for a timed ban. Any good? x
Just be careful that's all. We should all have the right to crack the odd joke at each other, it's what we do best. We can't jump on everyone for 1 little remark and especially if it's few and far between. It takes away the good natured and respected rivalry that the majority of posters on both sides have for one and another. Repeat offenders who do not have any constructive posts, that's the posters that should be targeted with a zero tollerance approach to show that it will not be tolerated on either board.
simple solution Dont bite!! Its not a case of not sticking up for Sunderland, fellow mackems or yourself. Just bloody ignore it, don't put them on ignore list. Just dont rise to the comments you find to be wummy ( lol @ wummy). Soon will stop, just like in real life. I only ever come on here to read what other football fans are thinking. Not really interested in posting to much (mostly cos im a boring ****, and ne one wants to read what i post haha) , but you bastards have made me post in a vein attempt to kick start some footy talk, further lowering my self esteem.
