Yeah supposedly we where watching his progress up until he got arrested once again or some rubbish. He's a good player though. Spurs seem to be aiming for a higher quality of player now though which is interesting - it means there's more teams competing for signatures of the players on the level just below the big name city/chelski targets.
Thought I'd bump in readiness for the Spuds v Norwich result. Can't wait to go onto the spud board and read all about bent refs and linesmen robbing them of victory as usual lol
Boas is tactically clueless. When he was at Chelsea, I thought most of the blame went to the players but he has shown with Tottenham he is tactically inept.
They haven't had easy teams, West Brom and Newcastle away are not easy games, West Brom are looking good, and we have often struggled up there, plus Norwich has show they're a very good side not to be under-estimated, remember our 3-3 draw.
They played West Brom at home. Two home games against West Brom and Norwich in a row. Norwich at home for any of the top teams, should be three points. We were horrible defensively in that 3-3, some of the worst defending I have seen from an Arsenal team.
Confused them with Liverpool! West Brom are looking good, beating Pool 3-0, and getting a draw at Spuds, and now beating Everton, that's a fantastic start against 3 tough teams.
Norwich should be disappointed, they should have won that match. Boas is more out of his depth than a goldfish in the pacific ocean.
Believe me, we are. Really should have had the game sewn up before Spurs got near scoring but that is a common factor so far this season, not quite clinical enough although Brad Friedel did make some very good saves yesterday. As for the AVB is tactically clueless theme - oh so true! I mean, starting with 1 up at home to "little old Norwich"? What was the man thinking? He paid a price but got away with paying an even heavier price - his luck was in on the day
Maybe a solid defecate? http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/fo...fter-Owen-Coyle-went-to-Bolton-Wanderers.html
