I just don't get why some people think this Dempsey signing has turned round the window. He isn't a striker, he's an inside right at best. If this is the last signing then our squad has one backwards from last year and we'll still be sitting on a bucket load of unspent cash. Vdv out and Dempsey in is insane.
So it looks like my claim was wrong (of no players signed) Pleased we've got Lloris, a bit *head scratchy* at Dempsey and very disappointed at the lack of Moutinho (could still change there of course but it looks very unlikely now). Bit of an odd day to say the least and I'm exhausted from trying to keep tabs on everything - dread to think what Levy must feel like! Come on - 50 mins to go - get Moutinho done and I'll go to bed reasonably happy.

50 goals in 184 appearances proves he isn't a striker and I'm not totally happy with the signing. We are still short up front. We don't really know it all Northenspur,who knows where he is in all this frantic activity?
