Absolutely unbelievable. We supposedly signed him on a season long loan 2 weeks ago but it was then reported that there was a hitch because of a 'work permit' problem. It was then reported that the deal could be ressurrected because he held a Bulgarian passport and so it seemed we would sign him after all. But nope, the Baggies jump in at the last minute and sign him. How the hell does that happen? Pulis must think the fans are mugs. I would like to know the real story behind yet another TP farce but we will never get to know will we?
