Just looking at Sky Sports News and Wolves are after Whelan and at 2.27pm seems we are talking to N'Zonzi. That is good news as far as I am concerened. If we unload Jones and Whelan today that would help the wage bill! Do not know what N'Zoni might cost

Not bothered about N`Zonzi but if we could dump Jones and Whelan that would be tremendous,but I wonder if it`s not Stoke putting out these rumours,earlier today SSN was suggesting that celtic may be interested in Jones!! Now it`s Marseille, surely they`re not that dumb are they to buy that useless lump!!

Guys I'm not with you on this one! Whelan is better than Delap and Whitehead so I dont see this as good business, especially if thr rumour is true that palcious is going aswell. I know Whelan gives the ball away, but so would Messi playing alongside Whitehead with no full back on the pitch!
Smithers. Agree that Whelan is better than Delap & Whitehead, but we need to A, to sell some players and B, freshen the midfield. What kind of return would we get for Delap and Whitehead, not much, you couldn't give them away with cornflakes!! It's got to be good business to get money in for someone we can sell, who knows a bigger signing may be dependant on it.
Smithers I fully agree with that Whelan is better than x.y.Z. But see above we do need the cash for wages I assume? And I personally don't think even Whelan is good enough. Just my oppinion.
It just infurates me that we bring a new player of higher Quality but we get rid of the highest quality we have because the others are useless! Its like we have to keepTP becasue nobody else could work the team! Its a joke. I understand the business sense of getting circa 3 million back but I cant stand the thought of Whitehead and Delap getting playing time over Pacious and on the back of us selling Whelan!
Again I can do nothing more than agree, has anything been confirmed with Palacios or is it just speculation, on a brighter note mind we do have Cameron and Ness when he recovers. Did I here about another American player, can't remember now all seems like groundhog day.

Joe As far as I'm aware Whelan is going nowhere. That's OK but neither are Jones, Delap, Whitehead ... Sat's team?? Two feckin guesses and we've signed Adam AND Edu play em Pulis.. what harm can it do?
