It was about deleting football related threads and nothing to do about any other football team..

Does any one really care. if Dai wants to follow Liverpool as well as swans so be it. Whether you like it or not Brendan was a servant of our club he's gone but some of his work is still in place at our club. It is human to look and see what someone who was a success at our club is doing else where. Ill be following Garry monk should he leave and watched Neath a few times when Trundle was there. Is that not the same. The only threads that need deleting are the nasty or bullying type which luckily we don't have many of.

Well said and my point exactly.......not about liverpool as a team but individuals who have moved on and were a part of the club.....Im interested in any of our ex players and managers on how they are doing...

 

All I can see is arguing and general bad feeling. Some people just seem to be going out of their way to have an argument and clearly don't read other peoples posts properly and enjoy making a mountain out of a molehill.

I won't mention any names but I will say that I'm not talking about Dai or the majority either, but a few on here have stuck out like a sore thumb to me. Certain people I have been very surprised at to say the least and has given me valuable insight into certain peoples way of thinking and mentality.

For what it's worth it does seem as if certain posters have a soft spot for Liverpool but then again that's my opinion so who knows if I'm right.

I'm taking this opportunity to remind everyone that this is a forum for the Swans and not Liverpool.

I would like to think that everyone on here is adult enough to draw a line under all this and move on. Feelings are clearly running very high regarding Brendan Rodgers and Liverpool FC and I hope that people bear this in mind before making any new threads or posts on these subjects.

Perhaps we should be concentrating on and getting excited about the comings and goings at our club instead.

 

This thread is like a sore and people keep picking at it keeps on bumping it up the list.

If anybodies interested Rogers and the owners are getting it in the neck from the fans, players out no one in and Dempsey is going to Tottenham it appears!

 

You can't delete a thread for no good reason then start pointing fingers . The thread should have never been deleted & you can try to defend the error in judgement till the cows come home ! If a majority is in the wrong , it don't make em right . I didn't want this whole melee to come about , but I'm not much for jumping on a bandwagon unless it's going the right direction . The thread is back , that's all that matters , lets move forward .

 

I have every right to an opinion Breezy the same as everyone else and seeing as I haven't mentioned any names I don't see me pointing the finger at anybody.

Who says it was an error of judgment to close the thread ? You ? Same rules apply if the minority think its wrong it doesn't make them right too and I can tell you that you clearly are in the minority.

Oh and yes I will defend myself until the cows come home because I do not think it was an error in judgement.


Re opening this thread has been a really good exercise because I now know who eggs Dal on and who argue for the sake of arguing but like I've already said I'm not pointing fingers at anyone because I'm not naming any names.

OK dilligaf , your a great guy & probably be a great mod BUT ... A few people had a bit of a whinge toward Dai early , you joined in a bit & then on post 15 you said " Does anyone want this closed " ... It was a mistake & most of what has happened , happened from there . HUGE error in judgement .. sorry all !!

 

Dilli - no need to keep on defending yourself and wasting your time. People don't realiise/appreciate that you have put your head above the parapet and are doing work that they won't do.
