The black kit with the yellow diagonal stripe looks like a road marking.Maybe the defenders should play with a double yellow stripe ? Surely, you are not serious about that ?

The red and white stipes with the white trim is the best option. I must admit I am more partial to the old, traditional style of kits as opposed to something that is too modish. I've got the 1894 kit with the red and white chequers from the TOFFS site is impressive although the shirt feels like it was made from an old tent. Quite like the old, black badge with the red Hampshire rose, the crown and the laurels that we had in those days. I think this is a much better badge than the current one which I think has only been around since the early 70's. The Victorian club badge has got to be the best one we've had. Anyone else share this opinion?

I thought this subject had been done to death, but no. Thanks for breathing life back into a topic that is clearly dear to our hearts.

As I have said before, red and white stripes with a collar, #2 in the original post. Plain yellow way shirt with blue shorts.Iit's the 35th anniversary of our FA cup win this year.

Sometimes we just need to keep it simple. Those diagonal stripes are as bad as when Hoddle wanted us to replicate the Monaco shirt he wore when he was there. Awful!
