You do realise there if these deals collapse then we have not only lost rafa, but our squad is weaker then last year and less goals in the team, madness to leave this to the last minute.

Moutinho is a quality player, what good signing will be so good to see him in the Premiership however I think you still need more, I feel you don't have much depth, who else are you after.

I think a centre back is needed really with Kaboul out and Dawson maybe departing, probably a striker and another midfielder at least, the squad is small really for a top level team.
We have sold rafa (subject to a medical) which takes away 13-15 goals, plus we only have one striker that can play upfront as a lone striker so there is no chance of us spending big on a striker to play 2nd choice to adebayor.
avb has said he is happy with three strikers so he basically wants us to play a high line, with a lack of goals from midfield and only one striker that can play as a lone striker...as you can tell, im not convinced!
