What is it with Spurs and our players or with players who look likely to sign for us. They did it Dembele and Steed, they did it with Crouch and now they could be doing it with Berbatov. God, I bloody hate Spurs. On the plus side it's good to see that we are moving to cover gaps should Berbatov not turn up, which appears less and less likely as the day wears on and no word is forthcoming. Pity, would have liked to see him knocking in a few goals for us.

Appreciate the thought, but this thread is about Berbatov. Please use the "Paper Talk and Transfers" thread Excellent! Be fair to him, he's not actually being annoying now. Go to your control panel (top of the screen, right hand side) and there should be a setting somewhere that makes you automatically subscribe to every thread you post in. Loads of websites are reporting the "My heart is with Fulham" Tweet which turns out to be from a Twitter account..... We will just have to wait and see what he decides. I guess the positive thing is that there is no news of a Spurs medical etc but who knows.
Great news... I thought it had fallen apart earlier. The BBC report it’s a 2 year contract but not a word on his wages...... However ELLERS have reliably informed me he is on 300K a week
Fantastic signing. Well done to the club, certainly considering he could've easily gone to Fiorentina, Juve or Spurs. A big signing in many ways. Now let's see Bastos and Boateng!
