Have just signed for MK Dons.

To think that we were looking to sign him in the Prem 13 months ago is bordering surreal. Now we sign Granero. Giant leap in only a year.

We have come a long way. Certainly in terms of the quality of players we are signing. Hopefully in terms of performances to come.

Is it just me thinking that Bullard could still do a job for us? Would rather his premier league experience than someone unknown in the PL like Granero.

He could have provided some company for a few of our sick bed crocks!

Injury problems aside Bullard was, and may still be, an excellent player. Always rated him.

It is just you judo! Bullards best days are 4 years and 2 serious injuries ago. He's not even a shadow of his former self. Now put the bottle down and sleep it off, you'll feel better in the morning......

Obviously our asperations are a LOT higher now but i do agree. When he came to ours (playing for Ipswich) i thought he looked superb. A great footballer in his day.

How many clubs does he have to **** over before he loses this cheeky chappie image? He's the player who after we got relegated and were in danger of going bankrupt was offered £45k a week to play Champions League football with Celtic, and instead chose to sit in our reserves on the same money because we wouldn't increase his wages to £75k for the duration of the loan. He's a greedy waster and a terrible influence on young players at clubs. It's not a coincidence that he's had 2 Championship clubs decide his contract can be torn up in the space of 12 months, and the one with us was us sacking him rather than mutual consent.
