    Just 2 days to go in the deadline, our club hasn't yet spent any money, so it's obvious that are ready to make a big marquee signing, anyone care to suggest who.

    Arsenal NEVER make marquee signings. Forget about it. But I think the board has allowed Wenger to spend part of Song money. 10-11 ml probably.

    I think the longer the transfer goes on the more clubs play a game of brinkmanship.For example Arsenal make an enquiry about M'Vila.Rennes say they want £25 million but Arsenal will only pay £10 million.They obviously come to an impasse but Arsenal know Rennes want to sell and Rennes know Arsenal want to buy.They just wait for the other club to make the first move and sometimes it takes until deadline day.

    Quite pathetic that your star striker begged an ex Arsenal player friend of his to advertise him to his club's arch rivals. <laugh>

    That player is going to have to carry your team after Ade switches to cruise control after the first two months. <ok>

    M'Vila is too expensive for a player that is probably going to be on the bench.

    I agree Dzeko = Giroud or even Dzeko < Giroud.

    I think we may see a young full-back come in, although Jenkinson and Gibbs have impressed so far.

    If we do sign someone, I think we are going to have to break the Arsenal transfer record for it to be a real improvement.
