.....or he won't get a game. There is going to be some serious competition for places with the likes of Granero coming on board. Make or break season for Adel. I am a huge fan and really hope he comes good in the Premiership.

Both he, Faurlin and Mackie must be wondering what the future holds. We were already full to the gunnels with midfielders before this guy appeared. I'm not complaining however.

On the positive side he will have some class players around him to scale himself against.
But gonna definitely have to step up,to the plate now!!!

I hope Taarabt does get enough of a look in for him to stay, but I think he will go by the end of the season, if not in January.

He simply needs to deliver. Wasted far too much possession last season and his shooting was woeful. Let hope he can produce.

With all the new players coming in with their quality and experience it will only help Adel imo. As the pressure will be more or less off, everyones eyes will be on others as of in the past all eyes were on him. He can now come into the team, punch from below and perform more like an underdog. There is no doubting his abilities, it has always been the mental part for him. Better players puts less pressure and attention on him, which imo will lead to better performances.

Wait up, hasn't he just signed a four year contract?

The difficulty for Adel will be to get in the starting line-up; he was on the bench a lot last year before the new signings were about the place, I think he's going to remain there for the foreseeable.

He'll step up! Might take him a while though but definitely part of Hughes plans.

Adel just signed a contract extension and was given the sacred #10 shirt, surely MH values him? But it's hard to see him play with Park, Granero, Diakite, Faulin, Hoilett and possibly vying for places.

I think the problem for us with Adel is he forces us to play with just one up top. If he could play wide left and stay there I think he'd be far more effective, and only occasionally cutting in or moving to the edge of the box when the play comes from the right.

But I'd love to see him have a good season, because his potential is endless, just a shame his head is up his arse sometimes.

It has to be great news. He has a different game to the others. He is star quality. We know it makes sense. I am so excited for the future. I have had a season ticket since 1976. I cannot remember a season ever since I have been a fan of QPR with so much promise for a season. Come on Adel... I know you read this site.... show us all what you can do. I think this will be his best season ever. It will raise his game. I think that the rest of you need to remember that we need a squad to compete. There will be injuries, winter comes, suspensions, different teams etc. We will need them all - but what a bench.... C0 UR's - can't make it to City tomorrow with my other normal travelling mates as have to work - but life is good! :)

Faurlin has little to worry about as a fit Faurlin is probably one of the best in this league.. And in time will be one of the best signings this club has made

    Think who is better ?
Scholes of course but many others

By the looks of it granero is a much more complete player than Adel. I don't think the two can play together so something has to give.

Taarabt may find his days are numbered now
His all round game is lacking at this level
I would not be surprised if he is sold in January
