Carl Fletcher says that he will be happy with "ugly" wins this year........same as last year then Carl.

So being ex-West Ham and Bournemouth doesn't mean that without the threat of relegation (yet) we can expect a better style of football this season.....attractive to watch, pleasing to the eye and not sending the Home Park fans to sleep.

Winning will cheer the supporters up plym however the victory is achieved in the end. We would all like to see Barca victories but just seeing victories would make a pleasant change.

Barca tippy tap no thanks think it is boring myself. Would rather see it on the ground, moved quickly with some pace out wide but think we are a fair few players short of that, 9 or 10, and grinding out results will have to do fo a while.

I'm all for fast, attacking football [i.e. everything Barca & Spain are not] but I'm with Fletcher, 3 points will do.

As the confidence builds, so will the performances.

It´s a bit like passing a car crash though...you don´t want to look, know you shouldn´t look, know it will be messy, depressing and defy logical explaination but still you have to look :emoticon-0184-tmi:

I don't care how they win I JUST WANT THEM TO BLOODY WIN. Sorry couldn't help shouting then I got carried away.

I think that Fletcher is beginning to panic a bit if I'm honest. First it's this and then it's that. He needs to make his mind up and find something the team can do well apart from lose that is. They have shown signs of improvement it's true but they still can't get that win under their belts. If, and it's a big IF, he starts to get results which is what everyone wants then people will lay off at least for a while. At the minute though he does sort of look a bit like a headless chicken.

Well they will never get a better chance than Saturday.....Northampton 1-3 Wolves.......on the pitch in 43 hrs, plus a long journey.....if we lose that then we are definately in the mire to put it politely.
