I certainly think Cesar is the highest profile signing we've ever made, it certainly will make players around Europe who have never heard of us say "who". This is a great thing as now up and coming players will see we have the intent to make it big in the Premiership.
Very proud and excited with this signing of Julio Cesar can we say not only the best QPR signing but the 1st World Class one? I'm loving it after so many years that we have all seen the club struggle. Let's be honest did any of us think this kind of signing was possible 2 years back?
