Bristol isn't too far away, so he could still live in Swansea, especially if his long-term plans are here. He could also rent the house out for a year or two. I don't think his buying a house means anything. I've seen players buy houses and then move a week later.

When players say that they usually leave within a few days. If he really said it, then HJ and ML would already know he was staying, so why are they suggesting that it hasn't been decided yet.
