What an amazing signing. A player of his caliber will encourage other players who might not have heard of us to join. Another piece of the puzzle fits nicely in.

Mark Hughes has revealed QPR are close to concluding a deal for Inter Milan goalkeeper Julio Cesar that even he is shocked the west Londoners are pulling off. The Brazil international was a key part of the Italian side's Champions League win two years ago but now looks set to leave the San Siro for W12. Cesar was at Loftus Road on Tuesday to discuss terms ahead of the club's 3-0 Capital One Cup victory overall Walsall and looks set to pen a deal with the Hoops. "There's nothing concluded yet," Hughes said. "There are a number of papers that need to go back. We're not at a point where we can actually say it's a done deal. The intention is there obviously if we can but at the moment it's not concluded." The QPR boss added: "I said I wanted to have two quality keepers this window if at all possible. Sometimes when opportunities present itself you want to pursue them. "When you get an opportunity to possibly bring a player of the quality Julio Cesar's quality, with his playing record and his mentality, then I think you have to pursue to its conclusion. "I think when we started the process we probably never thought there was an opportunity or chance he would be able to come here. If we are able to conclude it, we'll be delighted." http://www.herald.ie/breaking-news/sport/qpr-close-in-on-inter-keeper-cesar-3214078.html
i am a lifelong inter fan and absolutely loved julione.so much passion,i cant believe he will not play for us no more.maybe cause you re english you want robert greene to start, but you have just signed the best gk in the world, and i can assure you he still go it.its inter and queens park rangers for me from now on.good luck julio
Julio Ceasar is clearly, totally under the thumb......his Mrs says she wants to live in London and he has followed suit and we have obliged .....I cant see any other reason you would leave Inter Milan for QPR.....I know we are growing, but we arnet that level yet. What a coup.
Absolutely. I cant understand why some media wrotes like he has already signed. He hasn't signed yet and before that everything is possible. He might still go to Stoke or Sunderland........
Thats a very good point, Boswinga will help him settle in and adjust to life so maybe thats an added reason why he signed. A goalie only really needs to learn about 8 things so it should be pretty simple. Get out keepers man on away to me time etc
With Cesar, Bosingwa Fábio and maybe Rolando who all speak portuguese, communicate should not be a problem
Probably another dodgy report, or not? http://www.sambafoot.com/en/news/34960_julio_cesar_joins_qpr_on_four-year_deal.html
I think the reason why he hasnt been announced yet as they are waiting on a work permit back from the Government.....his wife is in London looking at schools for her kids etc.....so its as good as done in my eyes.
