That would surprise me actually. Wolves are overloaded with midfielders.

Boyd is ok but No better than what we have, imo.

Theres only koren in our squad whos on par with his creativity, plus hes alot more direct than all of our players which is something we lack, he would get us up the pitch quickly

I first saw george Boyd play for stevenage in 05? He was really young and they had Anthony elding up front who I think played for Grimsby last season. Anyway, seen him a few times since and always liked him. The Stevenage boys sang "I told my mate, the other day, I think I've found, a new pele, my mate said who, who his he, I told my mate, he's George boydy!na na na na, na na na na ect

On a BOGOF? That's a lot less than I would have expected.

I think it might be a little higher, there's varying reports of the fee, it seems it was either £1.75m, £2m, or £2.5m.

Still cheap, I really rate Boyd, I thought he'd be circa £2m on his own.

Agreed. The figure being bandied about for him was £1.7m, so they've basically got Taylor for nothing.

The policy that the Posh have, of transfer listing anyone who's in the final year and won't sign a new deal, seems rather self defeating.
