Modric will go to Madrid 100% Doesn't seem we are in for a player of his ilk this summer and seem to be concentrating on wingers / more attack minded players instead to do the creating.
i still think we need somebody who can start us playing from deep. Mikel as the ball winning midfielder and somebody a little more mobile next to him, although Frank did do a good job towards the end of the season. More reports seem to think we're signing Oscar anywhere. Anybody know anything about him? What's he like?
Oscars still another likely addition I feel . Best keep checking in on Blues news tomorrow night on CTV
Still in talks with Victor Moses too, apparently. I don't think we need him and Oscar but Moses would be more useful imo. Loves to beat a man and is a proper winger. Really exciting player, would love to see him sign for us. Seems that we're still in the market for Willian too from Shakhtar, not really sure what formation we're planning on playing haha.
Surely we'd only need one of Oscar, Moses, Willian? Not sure whether it's all papers talk but all 3 deals seem possible rather than blind rumours. Very odd.
Yeah i'd agree with you, it looks as though we've pretty much signed Oscar, just not announced it yet. So for RDM to then admit to talks with Moses is strange. Unless he just wants a proper winger, which Moses is. So we'd have Mata/Hazard/Ramires/Marin/De Bruyne/Yossi/Oscar/Moses/Malouda Far too many players.
ESPN claiming you have had a £17m bid for Lewandowski rejected - http://soccernet.espn.go.com/news/s...lewandowski-bid-rejected-by-dortmund?cc=5739# I've seen a lot of him and he could definitely cut it in England.

Oscar deal now done and De Bruyne on verge of going out on loan to Werder Breman. Seems like a good bit of business all round as allow Kevin a year to develop further in a stonger league than the Belgium league. Hopefully he'll return in a years time as a more complete player and ready to compete for the first team.
Has everyone seen this rubbish about City apparently bidding for Luiz? Apparently he was dropped last night whilst the clubs tried to thrash out a deal. Yeah sounds realistic that we'd sell a top class player to one of our main rivals leaving us short at centre back in the process. Not even City would spend 30 million as cover to a player only out for a couple of months. Jesus wept.
Look at those Real Madrid hypocrites http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/socce...ate-profile-luka-modric-k-224428446--sow.html I remember them throwing a hissy fit about us having Robinho's shirt on our website before the transfer was completed, which was the moment they decided to pull out and sell him to City in spite of that.
Looks like Spurs and Chelsea battling it out for Hulk. As if http://www.metro.co.uk/sport/footba...-in-next-24-hours-with-chelsea-and-spurs-keen
