I'd smack him with a large trout marinated in jalepeño peppers, but that's just me.
All I hear is nagging about not getting bonusses and Chris getting sacked by the board. Ashley in control is bad and he is a tyrant, well duh, he is the owner.

    Obvious Barton is obvious...

Can't listen but is this not a really old one? If not it'll be the same as before. He is entitled to his opinion, and is more than welcome to air it when questioned about it. Its just not really relevant to us anymore. We've moved on. I liked the lad but things didn't work out between him and the board. That's football.

If Barton's footballing talent was half as big as his gob, he would be entitled to slag people off and whine as much as he does.
However, history has shown him as the trouble making little twat he is, so full of self pity
QPR are prepared to let him go on a free, as we did, just to be rid of him
    says it all really.
Wonder when he will stop shooting himself in the foot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We could only live in hope AB, that he would go to one of the Big Four ? As he has the capability to destroy a team single handedly, saving us the bother.
Unfortunately, they are all a word to the wise these days.
Touch and bargepole springs to mind.

At the end of the day it's just telling us what we already know.

    Ashley is a good businessman, but he's a ****.

    Simple as.

Nice bit of new information here, Thanks for it. Nothing especially shocking though... If you were to ask me to continue paying an employee who went to jail for getting into a fight with a fellow employee, I would tell you to **** *** too.

He maintains he's a great affiliation with the club!Surprise Surprise!

Oh well I have listened to that previously. They always seem to sensationalise what he says but often its nothing new to us fans. We know what Ashley is and we know what Joey is. I find Barton a little irritating but he put in the effort when he was here. I think they had earmarked for the exit from the day they arrived. His refusal to take a paycut was the final straw. I can see his point of view but also you can see why the board wanted him out.

    'Poor me, poor me.'

Talking about how he wasn't paid whilst in prison (self inflicted) and how the board are cretins because they didn't offer the players a big enough bonus.

The fact that QPR are the 2nd club in 2 years to let the 'cretin' go on a free while still under contract, speaks volumes. The man's a **** who creates all of his own problems then blames them on every body else.

The end is very interesting indeed, I always thought the likes of Carroll, Nolan, Smith, Harper and Barton were shipped out due to player power, and Barton has just confirmed that fact.

Greedy ****ers don't need bonuses, I see Ashley's side on this one.

2 x Carroll bids were rejected before he was sold for a ridiculous fee and now we want him back, Nolan was offered a new deal but refused it and Harper is still with us.

There's no fact in anything he says, he even admits that this is his opinion on "snippets of info he's got hold of". Seems to be a case of a bitter man who's career has gone down the ****ter since he left us and he knew it.
