    Damson gin! Sounds heavenly!

    i have a damson story lol. When i was a teen we lived in a house with a big damson bush and every year my mum used to make damson jam. Trouble with damsons is they're quite small, and my mum is quite lazy lol..so every year, she'd warn us that when we spread the jam on our toast, we had to be careful of the stones! She'd never take them out before making the jam, and as we spread the jam, we'd be picking stones off the toast. i can't think of damson jam without a wry smile!

    I do think that sort of behaviour is what is needed,rather than watching rooney swearing on the telly!

    Hornette - Last day was weird!! Feels a bit strange but absolutely brilliant that I never have to go back there again!! Plus it was an awful place to work, so it will be nice working for a company that is actually needed and has some sort of structure.

    Norway - Forgive my ignorance, but I don't understand!!

    The owner of this site has done a deal with newsnow.co.uk that some articles on here will be shown on the newsnow site(which is good and I use a lot)
    As our litary expert I have suggested that you represent us , but I doubt anything will come of it ,I think it will be for the prem boys !
    But you do have a talent with your words that derserves a bigger audience !

    Hornette it certainly wasn't the place for me. Definitely appreciate the opportunities there though. If it wasn't for that job, I probably wouldn't have got into writing, plus I wouldn't have been able to get a mortgage! It served me well but I have grown out of it.

    Aah thanks Norway, that's great! That is exactly what I need, a bigger audience!
