I regularly player against Don Cowie of Cardiff in school football, he is from the next village up from mine, I know some of his relatives. One abiding memory was when my school played his in the Scottish schools cup, we were 4-1 up at half time and ended up losing the game 5-4, and I gave away a penalty, talk about gutted.

I went to the same school as Aaron Lennon's younger brother. Was a year above him.

Not football but I went to the same secondary school as Joss Stone... Her real surname is Stoker and she disappeared in Year 11 to swan off to America, only returning to do her GCSE's.

My Dad used to live next door to a bloke who had his milk delivered by Neil Young who scored the winning goal in the 1969 FA Cup final for Manchester City.

When I was about 13/14 (this would have been back in 2004/2005) I played football in the park with a kid who claimed he played for Arsenal. He looked about 10/11, but he was brilliant and single handedly skinned everyone. It made playing him pointless as none of us could get near him. As I didn't get his name, I have decided to assume that I was playing with a young Jack Wilshere.

A lot of Chelsea players of the 70s/80s used to drink in pubs where I live. In fact Chopper Harris was in one of my locals just the other day and I think Kerry Dixon was in two.

JT shagged a girl that used to go to my college in the back of a 4X4 so I guess that's my claim to fame <laugh>

I know people that have connections at Arsenal, Spurs, Chelsea and West Ham. That's how I knew RVP was going to United way before it hit mainstream news or before anybody else knew and also how I know the real reason as to why Redknapp was sacked at Spurs.

My Mum met and had her picture taken wih Bob Marley's wife and My Dad went to school with Lewis Hamilton's Dad, that's about it for me in terms of claim to fame.

I also took the same flight back from Vegas as Gareth Barry and Gabriel Agbonlahor (my word his GF was fit) and also met and had my picture taken with Jermaine Defoe and Ian Wright.

Defoe was a top guy, I had my Chelsea shirt on so he could have been a prick about it but he said he didn't mind Chelsea. Ian Wright wasn't best pleased though <laugh>

Believe it or not but I went to school with your very own Steve Bould. I taught him a trick or two on how to defend

He's an ex Stokie, hence why he has sorted your defence out this season!
